Volunteer Registration

The Survivorship Coalition is looking for volunteers to assist at the Survivorship Houston ’08 event. Volunteers may participate in one of the following activities:

  • Exhibit Set-Up 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Parking 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Registration 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Survivor Wall 12:45 p.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Food/Beverage 12:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Exhibits 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Take Down/Clean Up 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
    *some lengthy standing, heavy lifting

Volunteers must be over age 18. If you’re interested in volunteering at this year’s event, please complete and submit the volunteer registration form by May 20.

Volunteers will receive a free Survivorship Houston t-shirt and will be asked to attend a one-hour orientation session on Saturday, May 31 at the event venue in Reliant Park.
